A MESSAGE FROM OUR PRINCIPAL
SONIA BOGHOSIAN
Hello,
It is my pleasure to welcome you to the International College of Beauty Arts And Sciences (ICBAS).
Our overriding purpose here at ICBAS is to provide our students with the finest education available within the beauty industry, while at the same time offering a nurturing environment. With that in mind, we hire only top-notch, academically- and professionally-trained instructors who teach the latest techniques and advancements as they unfold in the beauty industry. Our campus provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and all of the best available tools to ensure that our graduates not only succeed at this, their chosen profession, but that they have the most enjoyable experience possible while they study and work to attain their goals.
As you might guess from the name of our school, we are, indeed, an international campus, with multi-lingual instructors. ICBAS goes above and beyond the minimum requirements of the average beauty school. We invite Guest Speakers and Instructors from Europe and around the world to expand the knowledge and skills of our students, usually on a monthly basis. You will be exposed to more than just that which is contained in your books – and it will include international, as well as American, talent, and information, which will ultimately enhance your own standing in the beauty industry.
I firmly believe that as your school principal, it is my responsibility to monitor your progress in order to help you overcome any possible weaknesses, as well as recognizing your strengths as they emerge. Therefore, we test all of our students on a monthly basis. This helps us to help you, as you pass various exams and proceed to the next level. Our curriculum is approved by the State Board of Cosmetology and we adhere strictly to its rules and regulations.
During your training, you will receive ongoing preparation for the State Board exams. Upon graduation, when you are ready to spread your wings and fly, you will receive assistance with job placement. Due to our school’s high reputation of training outstanding professionals in the field of beauty, we continuously receive numerous inquiries throughout the day from salons and spas who are looking for employees to hire. Inquiries are shared with our graduates via email as we receive them. We will be happy to provide you with post-graduate training in additional courses, or brush-ups, should you so desire, and our school counselors will be available to assist you when you land your first job or start your own business.
In other words, whatever it takes to help you succeed, we will be here for you. We look forward to meeting you and guiding you each step of the way as you embark on your new and exciting career in this fascinating world of beauty.

The International College of Beauty Arts & Sciences offers students the high quality, comprehensive training they need to master every aspect of the beauty business.
Our curriculum meets all state requirements for cosmetology, esthetician, makeup, or manicuring training. In addition, we offer continuing specialized education for professionals who wish to achieve a higher level of education in the field of cosmetology. All courses include extensive instruction and practical experience.

ICBAS students have the opportunity to participate in a variety of competitions within our school, including quarterly on-campus and special-occasion competitions, such as the Halloween Fantasy Makeup and June Bride Complete Makeover competitions.

Yesterday, June 1st 2015 I took my State Board Exam, I passed (first attempt). With the help of the school, the extra classes offered by Miss Sonia Boghosian, and of course all my hard work, I passed the state board exam. This is the beginning of a new chapter, of course I need to take extra classes to gain more knowledge because school teaches the basic what we need to learn and know to pass the board exam, but if you want to pass, this is the school to be, they'll help you anyway they can to make sure that the student passes the State Board Exam, I highly recommend this college.
